All shipments are limited to customers located in the United Kingdom. Shipping availability is confirmed automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery Schedule

Here’s what you can expect for order processing and delivery:

  • Order cutoff time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EET, Monday to Friday will be processed the next business day.
  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday.
  • Shipping / Transit time: Orders are shipped via trusted carriers and typically arrive within 7–12 business days in the United Kingdom.
  • Estimated total delivery window: Approximately 8–15 business days from order placement to delivery (processing + shipping).

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all orders within the United Kingdom.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Not applicable for UK orders.

Delivery Concerns

If you encounter issues such as delays, lost packages, missing items, or damaged shipments, please contact our customer service team immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the matter quickly.

  • Missing Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if possible.
  • Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
  • Marked as Delivered but Not Received: Confirm with household members and neighbors, then contact us if still missing.
