  • All products purchased from Calenvi come with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials, or workmanship issues under normal use.
  • If a product fails during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair the item, replace it, or issue a refund at no additional cost.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Products used outside their intended purpose
  • Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms

How to File a Warranty Claim

  2. Provide Evidence: We may request photos or videos to verify the defect.
  3. Return the Item: If required, you will receive return instructions from our support team.
  4. Resolution: Once inspected and approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with this policy.

Warranty Period

  • The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to you.
  • Replacement products are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Legal Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your legal rights.
